Terms and Conditions
1) All prices shown are in pounds sterling, payment can be made by cash ,cheque or postal order
2) Payments may also be made in Euro`s if paid in cash only.
3) Postage and packing charges are as follows:
----- to U.K addresses 5.00 pounds, next day delivery.
----- to Europe addresses 10.00 pounds, no guaranteed times(Europe is about 5 days)
4) All stock is guaranteed live on arrival in U.K, no guarantee can be given for any livestock sent to countries outside U.K, and we take no responsibility for confiscation by customs.
5) Any stock arriving dead, or dying within 24 hours of delivery will be replaced or payment refunded at our discretion.
6) All stock is named with scientific names where possible, no guarantee is offered for correct nomenclature, though every effort is made to ensure correctness.
7) Many insects, spiders and other invertebrates have a toxic bite or sting, we accept no responsibilty for any injury from a creature supplied by us, please ensure you have adequate knowledge and ability to care for stock ordered.Every effort is made to ensure that no dangerous creatures are sent out.
8) It is accepted that any stock purchased is done so in the knowledge that you have the ability to properly care for the stock in a responsible manner.
9) All stock orders will only be despatched after reciept of full payment in advance.(unless by prior agreement)

11) Stock will be held pending payment for 7 days only.
