Stock Arriving Dead or Damaged
If stock arrives dead or damaged we will give a full refund for the value of the stock sent, but not for the postage costs.
If this occurs, which relates to about 2% of stock sent out, please advise us immediately by e mail that the stock has arrived dead or damaged together with a photo of the dead invertebrate.
We will then either refund for the dead stock, or, if another postage charge is paid, we will replace free of charge in the next post run where stock is available.
We will not entertain any claims for dead, dying or injured stock if not advised to us, with photographic proof, within 24 hours of being delivered.
