Opiliones, including Metagyndes, innata are indeed omnivores. I usually give mine some grated carrot and a few tiny bits of blueberry along with dead small crickets - they seem to be thriving!
Their gender is pretty straightforward, the males are more angular and have spurred hind legs, whereas the females are softer and more rounder without the spurs
