Care Sheet

caresheet courtesy of Catherine MOODY
They need a live planted set up, feeding on normal land snail veg but also like algae and lichens in their diet. They like a limestone rich soil as thats where they are often found. They also benefit from a day/night light cycle, they are more active when the lights go on. Keep them at around 26°c with high humidity.
The live plants are mainly for the humidity and to help stop the substrate going stagnant. I use syngonium 'white butterfly' and spider plants at the moment but will be using ficus and some ferns as well
