Chromatopelma cyaneopubescens, also known as the Greenbottle blue, is a wonderful species due to its colouration and its heavy webbing behaviour. This in combination with a docile nature makes this tarantula a great beginner species. Found in the very warm and dry deserts of north Venezuela, this species will protect itself from the sun with elaborate tubular webbing.
